Businesses must be able to accommodate the different purchasing requirements and policies of their customers in order to quickly increase B2B commerce sales. Magento 2.4’s new approval workflow functionality allows B2B buyers to personalize their approval processes with a simple form. You can create approval rules based upon order value, SKU count, and shipping costs. Multiple approvers can be specified in rules and assigned to specific roles. A company might, for example, require that any purchase exceeding $5,000 be approved by its manager before it can be submitted.

The approval process is optimized for efficiency. Approvers are automatically notified of any reviews and can approve, reject or comment on purchase orders in their accounts. Buyers have full transparency and are notified at every stage of the buying process.

This is maintaining a YoY growth rate of 130% in June. Implementing BOPIS fulfillment options can help businesses overcome local restrictions. PWA Development Made Faster and Easier for Headless Users

The Forrester Wave report on B2C/B2B Commerce Suite was published in May. It ranked Adobe as a Leader in both. One of the calls outs was that “PWA Studio can lower the cost and complexity to adopt Progressive Web App (PWA), experiences.” This was a great endorsement of our approach and the direction in which we are moving with PWA development.

We have also released PWA Studio version 2.4 for Magento Commerce and Magento Open Source. This new version introduces Venia storefront experiences using Page Builder content types and a complete checkout and cart workflow to speed up implementations. To make it easier to modify and expand the capabilities of PWA Studio through custom development or apps in the Magento Marketplace, we’re also introducing an extensibility frame.

We are helping merchants, developers, and partners to adopt PWA Studio faster, easier and more economically to launch PWA storefronts using Magento Commerce and Magento Open Source. We are also expanding our support for Headless Commerce. Venia UI components are compatible with Adobe experience manager-powered storefronts. This allows for personalized customer journeys and commerce.
